In your dashboard's overview, you can see clear statistics about your total audience, total messages, and auto-messages.
- Total audiences: This number indicates the number of people who have reached your brand. They include visitors who interact with or chat with you from the website, Messenger or Zalo. The system does not need to collect personal information or contact information to count someone as your audience.
- Total messages: This number indicates the total number of messages you have sent. This includes messages sent manually by the project’s operators and messages sent automatically via chatbots (auto-messages).
- Auto messages: This number indicates the total number of messages sent automatically via chatbots.
The charts show the proportion of new audiences and messages across multiple channels. These charts show data based on the time range you have selected.
